Membership Terms
These terms summarise the key commercial conditions for membership offered in the United Arab Emirates before signup.
Eligibility
Membership is intended for individuals who can lawfully enter contracts in the UAE. We may request identity, age, residency, or contact verification and may refuse, suspend, or cancel memberships for inaccurate information, misuse, suspected fraud, or legal/compliance reasons.
Participating merchants
Benefits are offered on a participating-merchant basis only. Not all merchants, outlets, products, services, channels, locations, or time periods are included. Merchant participation may vary and can end without prior notice.
Fees and renewal
Any joining fee, subscription price, billing cycle, promotional price, and whether renewal is automatic will be shown clearly at checkout before payment. If auto-renewal applies, the renewal charge and cancellation timing will also be presented before signup.
Minimum spend and exclusions
Some offers may require a minimum transaction value, use of selected payment methods, advance booking, or redemption codes. Exclusions may apply to taxes, delivery, service charges, tips, add-ons, bundles, regulated goods, already-discounted items, and limited-time campaigns.
Expiry and usage limits
Benefits may have expiry dates, blackout periods, inventory limits, one-time or repeat-use limits, and outlet-specific conditions. Unless stated otherwise, unused benefits have no cash value and are not refundable, transferable, or exchangeable.
Changes to offers
Offers, merchants, pricing, redemption rules, and membership features may be updated, suspended, or withdrawn from time to time. Material pricing or renewal information will be disclosed before you are charged.
Operator and merchant roles
Fazaa Fazaa Membership Services LLC operates the membership programme and related platform. Participating merchants are independent third parties responsible for their own goods, services, availability, pricing, fulfilment, and merchant-specific terms. Merchant terms may apply in addition to these membership terms.
